Today I\u2019m gonna show you a new ink I bought! It is by Monteverde and part of the Sweet Life Collection. I already used the ink Pumpkin Cake from this collection and I was very curious to try another one.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Heute zeige ich euch eine neue Tinte, die ich erst vor kurzem gekauft habe. Sie ist von Monteverde und geh\u00f6rt zur Sweet Life Kollektion, aus der ich auch schon Pumpkin Cake ausf\u00fchrlich getestet und vorgestellt habe. Ich war sehr neugierig, eine weitere Tinte dieser Reihe kennen zu lernen!<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Monteverde Iced Cookie on Tomoe River Paper and Leuchtturm 80 gsm A5.<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n

The color is a dark blue with some green tones. It could be described as a petrol or teal color, maybe also as very dark turquoise. It\u2019s also not a bright color, almost with a little bit of grey hints \u2013 as if it was desaturated a little bit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die Farbe der Tinte ist ein dunkles Blau, mit einigen Gr\u00fcnt\u00f6nen darin. Ich w\u00fcrde es als Petrol oder auch Blaugr\u00fcn bezeichnen. Die Tinte ist etwas dunkler und mit einem leichten Einschlag ins gr\u00e4uliche, sodass sie etwas unges\u00e4ttigt wirkt.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

There is no sheen and no shimmer in this ink, what I liked a lot. You can see shading, but it\u2019s not too prominent. No glibber, pigments or any other weird stuff happened or was visible in the bottle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In der Tinte ist kein Sheen oder Shimmer zu entdecken, was mir sehr gut gefiel. Man kann etwas Shading erkennen, aber das ist nicht so prominent wie bei anderen Tinten. Glibber, Pigmente oder andere seltsame Dinge waren nicht in der Tinte oder in der Flasche sichtbar.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

While using this inkI didn\u2019t have any problems on Tomoe River Paper \u2013 just two very little, tiny spots where the color bleeded through the paper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Als ich die Tinte auf Tomoe River Papier getestet habe, hatte ich keinerlei Probleme. Auf der R\u00fcckseite des Blattes sieht man zwei winzige Stellen, an denen die Tinte durch das Papier durchgeblutet ist.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

While using it on Leuchtturm Paper with 80 gsm there was a lot more bleed through, almost every second letter! I was really surprised \u2013 but as far as I know the Monteverde inks this is not an unusual effect of these inks. It happened with their ink Pumpkin Cake as well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ganz im Gegensatz dazu das Leuchtturm Papier mit 80 gsm: Auf der R\u00fcckseite sieht man sehr viel mehr durchgeblutete Stellen, fast bei jedem zweiten Buchstaben! Ich war etwas \u00fcberrascht \u2013 aber soweit ich mich erinnere, passierte mir das auch bei anderen Monteverde Tinten, wie z. B. der Pumpkin Cake.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In total I have to say that I really like this ink but I\u2019d recommend to use it on paper that can handle it. I used my Visconti Venus Fountain Pen and this is a rather dry pen \u2013 so maybe in a pen with a lot of ink flow this ink wouldn\u2019t be a good idea. The color is beautiful, and I enjoyed using this ink a lot. I\u2019m glad I bought it!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Zusammenfassend kann ich sagen, dass ich die Tinte wirklich gerne mochte. Ich empfehle aber, ein Papier zu benutzen, dass diese Tinte aush\u00e4lt. Ich habe meinen Visconti Venus F\u00fcller benutzt und der schreibt eher etwas trocken \u2013 ich vermute, in einem nass schreibenden F\u00fcller w\u00e4re die Monteverde Tinte Iced Cookie keine gute Idee. Die Farbe der Tinte ist sehr sch\u00f6n und ich hatte wirklich viel Freude daran. Gut, dass ich sie gekauft habe!<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
