A new review for you \u2013 and for me of course. I was gifted some inks by Octopus Fluids and they are special: they are waterproof, highly saturated and you can use them for paintings and in fountain pens. As I\u2019m not the best painter I used it in my fountain pen of course! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ein neues Review f\u00fcr euch \u2013 und f\u00fcr mich nat\u00fcrlich. Vor kurzem habe ich von Octopus Fluids Tinten zur Verf\u00fcgung gestellt bekommen, und die sind besonders: sie sind wasserfest, haben kr\u00e4ftige Farben und k\u00f6nnen sowohl f\u00fcr Malerei als auch f\u00fcr F\u00fcller genutzt werden. Before I\u2019ll be writing about Petrol Axolotl that I tried first, I want to write a little bit about the inks in general. I started trying them with my glasdip pen as usually, on Rhodia 80gsm dotted paper. I didn\u2019t have any problems but I somehow expected ghosting or bleeding \u2013 but there was nothing. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bevor ich \u00fcber Petrol Axolotl schreibe, die ich zuerst ausprobiert habe, m\u00f6chte ich ein bisschen was \u00fcber die Tinte im Allgemeinen schreiben. Ich habe sie zun\u00e4chst mit meinem Glasdip Pen auf Rhodia 89g dotted Papier ausprobiert. Irgendwie habe ich ein Durchbluten erwartet, wurde aber positiv \u00fcberrascht: Nix. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I was suprised. And even more when I wanted to clean my glasdip pen in my water glass \u2013 well, a waterproof ink in a waterglass \u2026 I should have thought about it before. So I poured a lot of water directly from the sink on the paper. It was soaking wet \u2013 but take a look yourself. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ich war \u00fcberrascht. Danach wollte ich meinen Glasdip Pen in meinem Wasserglas abwaschen \u2013 naja. Eine wasserfeste Tinte in einem Wasserglas abwaschen, da h\u00e4tte ich auch drauf kommen k\u00f6nnen, dass das nicht geht. <\/em> Daraufhin habe ich das Blatt mit den Schreibproben direkt im Waschbecken unter Wasser getunkt. Das Papier hat sich sogar mit Wasser vollgesogen \u2013 guckt es euch selber an!<\/em> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

So now lets take a look at Petrol Axolotl . The color is a dark petrol, with a lot of blue and green tones. While writing with it I recognized that the inks dries pretty quickly \u2013 so if you\u2019re a writer that thinks between sentences and leaves the fountain pen open meanwhile, be prepared to write the first letter a second time, as it won\u2019t work at the first time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lasst uns nun Petrol Axolotl genauer ansehen. Die Farbe ist ein dunkles Petrol, eindeutig mit gr\u00fcnen und blauen Pigmenten. W\u00e4hrend des Schreibens habe ich gemerkt dass die Tinte schnell trocknet. Wenn du also beim Schreiben eine Pause machst und dabei den F\u00fcller offen l\u00e4sst, dann wirst du den ersten Buchstaben nochmal schreiben m\u00fcssen.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

There haven\u2019t been any issues with the ink. There is no shimmer in it, but you can see some kind of black sheen after the ink dried. No pigments or glibber or any other weird stuff inside the ink. It comes in a 10ml glass bottle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ich hatte keine Probleme mit dieser Tinte. Shimmer ist nicht vorhanden, aber eine Art schwarzer Sheen ist nach dem Trocknen zu sehen. Pigmente, Glibber oder \u00e4hnliche seltsame Dinge waren nicht in der Tinte. Meine Tinte ist in einem 10ml Glas.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

While writing I also didn\u2019t have any problems. There was no bleed through and only a little bit of show trough. It behaved well on Tomoe River paper and on my comparison paper Leuchtturm 80gsm. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

W\u00e4hrend des Schreibens hatte ich ebenfalls keine Probleme. Die Tinte hat nicht durchgeblutet und ist nur leicht auf der anderen Seite zu sehen. Sowohl auf Tomoe River Papier als auch auf Leuchtturm Papier hat sie eine gute Figur gemacht. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

There was almsot no shading visible, which is a little bit sad I think. But nevertheless the color is amazing and so I\u2019m pretty sure I will be using it a lot. I love it for being waterproof. Thats so comfortable. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Leider ist nicht viel Shading zu sehen. Trotz allem ist es eine tolle Farbe, so sch\u00f6n kr\u00e4ftig und leuchtend, sodass ich sie sicherlich oft nutzen werde. Ich liebe es, dass sie wasserfest ist. Das ist einfach so komfortabel!<\/em> <\/p>\n\n\n\n
