I’ve been curious to test some Duo- and Multi-Shading inks. They seem to be the newest hightlight for ink lovers and I couldn’t resist. It’s an ink that dries in different colors and creates a lot of shading. I’ll start with showing you Sailor Seki, thats available in a 20ml glass bottle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ich war sehr neugierig, endlich mal die neuesten Multi-Shading Tinten auszuprbieren, die im Moment das Herz vieler Tinten Liebhaber*innen h\u00f6her schlagen lassen. Dabei handelt es sich um Tinten, die in verschiedenen Farben trocknen und eine Menge Shading dabei produzieren. Anfangen m\u00f6chte ich heute mit Sailor Seki, die in einem 20 ml Glasfl\u00e4schchen erh\u00e4ltlich ist.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The ink is a very light grey and it shades a lot. It’s very wet and fluent and you can see light pink and even light green shading in the written text and in the larg ink wap.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die Tinte ist ein helles Grau mit einer Menge Shading. Sie ist d\u00fcnnfl\u00fcssig und sehr nass und tats\u00e4chlich kann man sowohl im geschriebenen Text als auch im grp\u00dfen Tintenfleck helle Pinkt\u00f6ne und sogar gr\u00fcne Bereiche.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Unfortunatly the ink is very light so it’s hard to read while writing with it on Tomoe River Paper. So I switched to Leuchtturm 80 gsm paper, to see how it perdorms there. Sailor Seki is disappointing on Leuchtturm paper: very light and I can’t see any pink or even green on the paper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Leider ist die Tinte sehr hell, sodass es schwer ist sie auf Tomoe River Papier zu lesen. Ich hab mir also das Leuchtturm 80 gsm Papier gegriffen. Darauf ist die Tinte aber leider wirklich entt\u00e4uschend: sehr hell und vom Shading ist nicht mehr viel zu sehen. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I decided to sell the ink. I liked the shading and the light pink color you can see where the ink pools, but it is too bright for me. On other papers it almost was like writing with a grey pencil. Maybe I’ll try something else soon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ich habe mich dazu entschieden, diese Tinte wieder zu verkaufen. Ich mag das Shading wirklich gerne, vor allem den pinken Farbtonen an den Stellen, woe die Tinte in kleinen Pools zusammenl\u00e4uft. Aber im Gro\u00dfen und Ganzen ist mir die Tinte zu hell, es scheint manchmal fast so, als w\u00fcrde ich mit einem Bleistift schreiben. Vielleicht probiere ich demn\u00e4chst noch etwas anderes.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
